🔄 Return Policy

Any return request must be reported via our LIVE CHAT within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be new, unused, with their original tags and accessories , and in their original packaging.
After 14 days, only repair/restoration services can be offered, under our long-term guarantee.

💰 Refund conditions

Full-price items : full refund or exchange possible, return shipping free .
Items on sale : returns possible only for store credit , with a return fee of $16 deducted .
Final sale items (40% and more off) : no returns or exchanges .

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified by email whether or not your refund has been accepted. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 14 business days (depending on your bank's processing times).

⚠️ Items returned without packaging, protective cover or complete accessories will not be eligible.

🔁 Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our LIVE CHAT within 14 days for a replacement.

🚚 Returns Shipping

After validation, a PDF return label will be sent to you by email.
Print it and stick it on your package.
Returns are free for full-priced items. For sale items, the return fee will be deducted from your refund.

💡 In order to reduce the environmental impact of returns (emissions, waste, double transport), we encourage you to use LIVE CHAT before purchasing to ask all your questions and choose the item best suited to your needs.

🎁 Gift orders

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit of equal value.
If the item has been sent to the buyer, the refund will be made to their original payment method.

🚚 Estimated delivery times

USA : 3–6 business days (free standard delivery) or 2–3 business days (express with surcharge).
Europe : 3–6 working days (free standard delivery) or 2–3 working days (express with surcharge)
Australia : 5–8 working days.
International : delivery times vary depending on the country + possible taxes/customs duties payable by the customer.

If a package is not collected from the collection point within 7 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. A $30 fee will be applied for a new shipment.
